All podcasts need (so we’re reliably informed) a visually striking ‘brand identity’. Well, we’ve been working with Jonathan Shortt of Shortt Designs on an ‘Off the Leash’ graphic for branding and social media and we’re absolutely delighted with the result. Jonathan mocked up several colour schemes and designs for us, and we suggested the three-word ‘hook’ and supplied the photographs that he then drew the caricatures from (which have shaved a few years off our admittedly more ‘lived-in’ faces but that’s artistic licence and we’re not complaining!).
We think it’s visually engaging and makes it very clear (in the space available) what the podcast is all about. We have ‘retro-fitted’ the image to previous posts and altered our link colours to reflect the dark green in the graphic. Any comments or thoughts?
